Hey, what happened to the wiki? 

Well, I made a mistake when creating the PBWiki (now PBWorks) account and accidentally set up a trial version for their business wiki package.  Oops.  It worked well for quite some time, but now it won't let new users make changes.  All of the pages from the old wiki have been copied and pasted here.  Unfortunately, comments can't come too, so if you want to repost a comment you may do so.  I will be checking both wikis to be sure that I give everyone credit. 

Sorry about any confusion!
